The respondent's motion to dismiss the petition for writ of certiorari seeking our review of an order of the Circuit Court for Volusia County vacating an earlier order entering a default judgment against the respondent, is granted on the authority of Pullman Company v. Fleishel, Fla. App. 1958, 101 So.2d 188; United Life Insurance Company v. Jowers, Fla.App., 118 So.2d 85; and other decisions of this Court.
