On January 10, 2022, respondent filed a Status Report and a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Rick Ouhl. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, and for the reasons stated in respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the January 31, 2022, Seattle, Washington Trial Session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Rick Ouhl is granted in that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction as to Rick Ouhl. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is amended to read: "Amy Ouhl, Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent". It is further

ORDERED that the parties are directed on or before February 11, 2022, to submit to the Court a signed decision document, or in the alternative, to file with the Court a joint written report as to the then current status of this case.
