In an action for goods sold and delivered, in which appellant sought to establish that respondent was a partner by estoppel under section 27 Partnership of the Partnership Law, judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, entered after trial, insofar as it dismisses the complaint as against respondent, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
