It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Linda M. Campbell, Esq., 120 East Washington Street, Suite 815, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as counsel for respondent herein and may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529., and
It is further ORDERED that respondent submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before March 6, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
