The reporter's record in this case is overdue. On December 5, 2023, appellant filed a letter with this Court explaining that after counsel contacted Deana Rouse, Official Court Reporter for the 95th Judicial District Court, regarding the reporter's record, appellant filed a statement of inability to pay in the trial court. Our review of the online record in this case shows the statement of inability to pay was filed with the District Clerk on November 17, 2023.
Consequently, we ORDER Ms. Rouse to file the reporter's record without payment of costs no later than January 19, 2024.
