An appeal having been taken to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about March 26, 2024, and said order having been amended on or about March 27, 2024, And plaintiffs-appellants having moved to stay enforcement of so much of the aforesaid order, as amended, as directed the release of certain escrowed funds to defendants-respondents, pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
