REVERSED. See Mitchell v. Moore, 26 Fla. L. Weekly S229 (Fla. April 12, 2001) (holding that the copy requirement of the Prisoner Indigency Statute is unconstitutional retroactively); Fla. R. Civ. P. 1.540(b)(5).
