By Order served June 10, 2024, the Court directed respondent to file a supplemental notice of determination. On July 15, 2024, respondent filed a Status Report requesting an additional 60 days to file the supplemental notice of determination or another status report and stated he attempted to contact petitioner to discuss the status report without success.
Because respondent did not comply with the order in the time for filing the supplemental notice of determination set forth in the order respondent should have filed a Motion for Extension of Time in which to file a Supplemental Notice of Determination Pursuant to Rule 50(a) respondent should also indicate if prior notice of such motion was given to petitioner and whether there is any objection. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 30, 2024, respondent shall file a Motion for Extension of Time in which to file a Supplemental Notice of Determination (motion). It is further
ORDERED that, on or before August 14, 2024, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-referenced motion.
