In an action by a wife for an annulment, her husband counterclaims for a separation. Defendant appeals from an order granting $35 a week temporary alimony and referring an application for counsel fees to the trial court. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. ( Shaw v. Shaw [ Appeal No. 1], 266 App. Div. 983; Skannel v. Skannel, 275 App. Div. 713. ) Wenzel, Acting P.J., MacCrate, Schmidt, Murphy and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
