Osmundson v. Osmundson

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of New York, Fourth Department
Sep 27, 1996
231 A.D.2d 969 (N.Y. App. Div. 1996)

Opinion

September 27, 1996.

Motion for stay denied.

Before: Present Green, J.P., Pine, Callahan, Doerr and Boehm, JJ.

The relief sought is inappropriate. There is nothing in the June 3, 1996 order to stay; no proceedings are necessary to enforce that order. Moreover, the time has already passed for compliance with the order.
