ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On July 25, 2022, the Court entered its Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction due to petitioner's failure to pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee in this case, and this case was closed.

On August 15, 2022, petitioner submitted the filing fee in this case.

In view of the foregoing and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered July 25, 2022, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the time within which petitioner shall file an amended petition, is extended to September 7, 2022. If no amended petition is received by September 7, 2022, the Court may dismiss this case for lack of jurisdiction.
