This case is currently set for trial at the Court's April 3, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session. On March 10, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report advising that petitioners signed and returned proposed stipulated decision documents to respondent's counsel. However, the caption of the signed stipulated decision, does not match the Court's records. Respondent's counsel requested more time to submit corrected stipulated decision documents with the Court. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 3, 2023, Miami, Florida trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court.

ORDERED that, on or before May 15, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court proposed stipulated decision documents.
