ORDER
Appellant filed a written request for the reporter's record on August 19, 2020. When the reporter's record, due on September 19, 2020, was not filed, we notified court reporter Janet Dugger by postcard dated September 24, 2020 and directed her to file the reporter's record by October 24, 2020. She did not file the record nor did she file a request for additional time to do so. We then ordered Ms. Dugger to file the record by December 2, 2020. To date, no reporter's record has been filed, and Ms. Dugger has still not communicated with the Court.
We ORDER court reporter Janet Dugger to file the complete reporter's record in these appeals by December 14, 2020. Should she fail to do so, the Court will take whatever action it deems appropriate, including ordering Ms. Dugger not sit until the reporter's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to the Honorable John Roach, Jr., Presiding Judge, 296th Judicial District Court; to court reporter Janet Dugger, 296th Judicial District Court; and to counsel for all parties.
