ORDER

Emin Toro, Judge.

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 17, 2023, Los Angeles, California, trial session. On December 16, 2022, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial. By Order served December 20, 2022, among other things, respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On November 30, 2023, petitioners filed a Status Report (Doc. 27). On December 1, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report (Doc. 28).

By Order served December 8, 2023, the parties were directed to file on or before January 30, 2024, either a joint report describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document. On February 22, 2024, Court personnel informally contacted the parties to schedule a conference call to discuss the status of the case. Later on February 22, 2024, petitioners' counsel informally notified Court personnel that a basis for settlement had been reached in the case. Upon due consideration, it hereby

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
