ORDER

KATHLEEN KERRIGAN CHIEF JUDGE

On April 26, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that petitioner had failed to file a proper amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee as directed. On June 6, 2022, petitioner paid the Court's filing fee and filed a First Amended Petition.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
