On October 30, 2024, attorney Ronnie Wilkins and law firm Goldstein & Orr filed a motion seeking to withdraw from their representation of appellant. The motion stated that appellant's current lead counsel, Ms. Kaylie Morgan, was formerly an attorney with Goldstein & Orr but has accepted a position at a different firm. The motion further states that appellant wishes to transfer his case to Ms. Morgan's new law firm and agrees to Goldstein & Orr's withdrawal. On November 4, 2024, Ms. Morgan filed a notice confirming the facts stated in the motion to withdraw. We GRANT the motion to withdraw and ORDER Goldstein & Orr withdrawn from representation of appellant.
