ORDER

On May 16, 2024, the Court issued an order abating the appeal and remanding to the trial court for a hearing to determine why appellant's counsel had not filed a brief. The trial court held a hearing and permitted counsel James Rivera and Eduardo Franco to withdraw from appellate case numbers 01-23-00959-CR, 01-23-00960-CR, and 01-23-00961-CR. The trial court appointed appellate counsel Jessica Jaramillo Moreno to represent appellant in all three cases.

The abatement is lifted and the case is reinstated on the active docket. Appellant's brief in case numbers 01-23-00959-CR, 01-23-00960-CR, and 01-23-00961-CR is due within 30 days from the date of this order.

It is so ORDERED.
