On May 30, 2024, appellant filed a motion asking this court to substitute attorneys Kaylie M. Morgan and Ronnie Wilkins as his counsel of record in this appeal. The motion complies with Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 6.5(d). We GRANT the motion and ORDER the chief deputy clerk of this court to update the court's records to show Kaylie M. Morgan and Ronnie Wilkins as counsel for appellant, with Ms. Morgan as lead counsel.
