JUAN DAVID ORTIZ, Appellant, v. STATE OF TEXAS, State.

Before Alley, C.J., Palafox and Soto, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

The above styled case was first appealed to the Fourth Court of Appeals, and then pursuant to an order by the Texas Supreme Court, transferred to the Eighth Court of Appeals. The reporter's record in this case does not contain the video of the interrogation that is the subject of this appeal. A letter submitted by the court reporter explains that because of obsolete software, the videos could not be converted to be uploaded into the court's portal, and that the videos are now in the custody of the Webb County District Clerk's office.

Pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 34.6(d), we ORDER Official Court Reporter Catalina Kerr to coordinate with the Webb County District Clerk's Office to file by mail with this Court duplicate copies of the following exhibits: State's Exhibit 35 and State's Exhibit 104-115. Such exhibits must be filed within fifteen days of this order.

IT IS SO ORDERED
