Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Petitioner Stephanie Ortiz and To Strike as to Petitioner Stephanie Ortiz, filed March 1, 2024, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 26, 2024, petitioners shall file an Objection, if any, to respondent's above-described motion and state therein the reason for the objection. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion and dismissal of so much of this case relating to petitioner Stephanie Ortiz.
