ORDER

Per Curiam:

Richard Ortega appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following an evidentiary hearing. He claims in one point on appeal that the motion court erred in failing to sua sponte conduct an abandonment hearing. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
