Writ of Garnishment
To the United States Marshals Service, Middle District of Florida:
You are hereby commanded to summon the Garnishee:

which is required to serve an answer to this Writ on the Plaintiff's attorney, Alison N. Emery, Esq., Emery Law, PLLC, 5011 Gate Parkway, Bldg. 100, Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32256, (904) 404-5800, within twenty (20) days after service of this Writ, and to file the original with the Clerk of the Court either before service on the attorney or immediately after. The answer must state whether the Garnishee holds any account in the name of the Defendant, CAROL SWANN; her account number or numbers; the dollar amount in each account; whether the Garnishee is indebted to the Defendant at the time of the Answer or was indebted at the time of service of the Writ, plus up to 1 business day for the Garnishee to act expeditiously on the Writ, or at any time between such times; in what sum and what tangible or intangible personal property of the Defendant the Garnishee has or had in its possession or control at the time of the Answer, or had at the time of the service of the Writ, or at any time between such times; and whether the Garnishee knows of any other person indebted to the Defendant or who may have any of the property of the Defendant in their possession or control. The amount in the Plaintiff's motion is $1, 469.01. If the Garnishee fails to answer, a default will be entered against the Garnishee pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 77.081(1).
