On July 26, 2024, respondent filed in the above-docketed matter an Answer to Second Amended Petition. Therein, respondent represented that a copy of the notice of deficiency underlying the instant proceeding was attached. However, no such exhibit was included with the submission as filed.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that, on or before August 13, 2024, respondent shall file a report and shall attach thereto a complete copy of the notice of deficiency for 2021 issued to petitioners.
