Donald Orji, Appellant v. Henrietta Obiageli Orji, Appellee

FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF BELL COUNTY, 53RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT
NO. D-1-FM-06-003295 , HONORABLE GUS J. STRAUSS, JR., JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

Donald Orji filed his notice of appeal on January 23, 2017, and his brief was originally due July 6, 2017. On September 29, 2017, this Court granted appellant's second motion for extension of time to file his brief, and ordered appellant to file his brief by October 13, 2017. The order stated that no further extensions of time would be granted and that failure to comply with the order could result in dismissal of this appeal.

Appellant failed to comply with the order to file his brief. Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b), (c).
