IT IS HEREBY REQUESTED by Plaintiffs ORGANIZATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF MINORITIES WITH DISABILITIES, SUING ON BEHALF OF DAVID SINGELTARY AND ITS MEMBERS; and DAVID SINGELTARY, An Individual, via their attorneys of record that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41 (a) (1) and (2), this Court enter a dismissal with prejudice of Defendants CATALINO'A PIZZARIA; JUAN GABRIEL VAZQUEZ d.b.a. CATALINO'S PIZZARIA; JUAN G. VAZQUEZ; from Plaintiffs' Complaint, Case Number 06CV0345 DMS (LSP) Further, it is hereby requested by Plaintiffs, ORGANIZATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF MINORITIES WITH DISABILITIES, SUING ON BEHALF OF DAVID SINGELTARY AND ITS MEMBERS; and DAVID SINGELTARY, An Individual, via their attorneys of record that, pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 41 (a) (1) and (2), this Court enter a dismissal with prejudice of Plaintiffs' Complaint in its entirety.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants CATALINO'A PIZZARIA; JUAN GABRIEL VAZQUEZ d.b.a. CATALINO'S PIZZARIA; JUAN G. VAZQUEZ; are dismissed with prejudice from Plaintiffs' Complaint, Case Number 06CV0345 DMS (LSP) Further, Plaintiffs' Complaint is dismissed in its entirety with prejudice.
