Before STEELE, Chief Justice, HOLLAND, BERGER, JACOBS and RIDGELY, Justices (constituting the Court en Banc).


ORDER

This 29th day of March, 2005, it appears to the Court that it is desirable to amend Supreme Court Rule 69.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the following amendments shall be effective immediately:

1) Amend Rule 69(a)(i) by deleting the word "four" as it appears therein and substituting the word "five" in lien thereof.
2) Amend Rule 69(b)(iv) by deleting this subparagraph and by inserting a new subparagraph to read as follows:
(b)(iv) Failure to register on time. Any active or inactive lawyer who fails to file an Annual Registration Statement by February 1 of each year shall pay a $100 late filing assessment.
