This 23rd day of January, 2003, IT IS ORDERED that:

(1) Superior Court Civil Rule 77(h)C is amended by deleting "$100.00" as it appears in said sentence and by substituting "150.00" in lieu thereof.

(2) This amendment shall be effective immediately.

(3) An original of this order shall be filed with the Prothonotary of each county.
