This 23rd day of January, 2003, IT IS ORDERED that:

(1) Superior Court Criminal Rule 63(b)(iv) is amended by deleting "$100" as it appears in the first sentence of the rule and by substituting "$300" in lieu thereof.

(2) This amendment shall be effective February 1, 2003.

(3) An original of this ORDER shall be filed with the Prothonotary for each county.
