Pursuant to Part II, Article 73-a of the New Hampshire Constitution and Supreme Court Rule 51, the Supreme Court of New Hampshire approves amendments, on a temporary basis, to Probate Court Rule 169(I)(i) as set forth in Appendix A. These amendments supersede the amendments to Probate Court Rule 169(I)(i) that were adopted by supreme court order dated November 28, 2005 — the amendments to Rule 169(I)(i) set forth in the order dated November 28, 2005, shall not take effect.
The amendments in Appendix A shall take effect on January 1, 2006. They shall be referred to the Advisory Committee on Rules for consideration of whether they should be adopted on a permanent basis.
APPENDIX A
Amend Probate Court Rule 169(I) by deleting subsection (i) and replacing it with the following:
(i) Motion Successor Trustee, Administrator, Executor, or Guardian of Estate and Person and Estate (RSA 463) (RSA 464-A); All Executor/Administrator Accounting for estates with a gross value greater than $25,000; Trustees Accounting; Guardian/Conservator Accounting $55.00
