Opinion

July 10, 1967

Order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 13, 1966, which granted a temporary injunction in an action for a declaratory judgment and a permanent injunction, affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. The time to serve the supplemental complaint is extended until 20 days after entry of the order hereon. On this record, we believe the grant of a temporary injunction was a proper exercise of discretion. We reach no other question. Beldock, P.J., Ughetta, Rabin, Benjamin and Nolan, JJ., concur.
