MEMORANDUM OPINION


Appellant has filed a motion to dismiss this appeal. The motion is granted, and the appeal is dismissed. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(1).

The motion is styled as a "joint" motion and states that Appellant and Appellee have mediated and resolved all contested issues. But the motion is signed only by Appellant. Therefore, we will not treat it as a joint motion. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2).
