Joseph H. Gale, Judge.

This case has been assigned to the undersigned for disposition or other appropriate case management. By Order served December 12, 2022, the Court directed counsel for petitioner to file a further status report on or before January 10, 2023. On January 13, 2023, counsel for petitioner filed an unopposed Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Status Report, and lodged on the same date a Status Report representing that the parties have reached a tentative settlement in this case pending receipt of computations.

The foregoing considered, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's Motion for Leave to File Out of Time Status Report is granted, in that the Clerk of the Court is directed to file respondent's Status Report, lodged January 13, 2023, as of the date received. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 14, 2023, the parties shall file a joint report regarding the then present status of this case.
