DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Mardis Kelsen, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Palmer J. Pelella, Esq., P.O. Box 309, Owego, NY 13827, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act §1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the children be made available to the attorney for the children as he may direct.

Garry, P.J., Mulvey, Aarons and Pritzker, JJ., concur.
