The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. On June 20, 2024, the Court sent Coral Wahlen, Official Court Reporter for County Court at Law No. 5, a court reporter's information sheet and requested her to complete the form and return it to the Court within seven days. By postcard dated August 21, 2024, we notified Ms. Wahlen the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days.
To date, Ms. Wahlen has not returned the court reporter information sheet, has not filed the reporter's record, and has not communicated with the Court regarding the reporter's record.
So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Coral Wahlen to file, with FIFTEEN DAYS, a completed copy of the information sheet for court reporters AND, either (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification no hearings were recorded; or (3) written verification appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record.
Our records indicate appellant is entitled to proceed without payment of costs.
