Now, upon reading and filing the papers in support of the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Elizabeth Schenck, Esq., 333 East Onondaga Street, 6th Floor, Syracuse, New York 13202, is hereby assigned as Attorney for the Child and may submit an original, five hard copies, and one digital copy of the respondent's brief, together with proof of service of one hard copy of the brief upon each party to the appeal.
