PRESENT:

An order having been entered on April 22, 2020, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, and an order having been entered on June 15, 2020, substituting John A. Cirando, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,

Now, upon reading and filing the statement of John A. Cirando, Esq., dated June 16, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that Theodore W. Stenuf, Esq., 141 North Main Street, Minoa, New York 13116, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered February 20, 2020, in place and stead of John A. Cirando, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Theodore W. Stenuf, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based.
