Present — Hagarty, Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Taylor, JJ.


Action by plaintiff-appellant to recover damages for the wrongful death of her intestate and for property damage, and by the plaintiffs-respondents to recover damages for personal injuries, sustained as the result of a collision between an automobile owned and operated by plaintiff-appellant's intestate and a truck owned by the corporate-defendant and operated by the individual defendant. On appeal by plaintiff Margaret D. Oneto, as administratrix, etc., judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to defendants. On appeal by defendants, judgment, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs to plaintiffs-respondents. No opinion.
