Present — Ingraham, P.J., McLaughlin, Laughlin, Clarke and Scott, JJ.


Without expressing an opinion as to the right of the plaintiff to recover on the trial, we affirm the order granting the injunction in order to keep the situation as it is until the trial. The order is, therefore, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements.
