ORDER
Juan F. Vasquez, Judge.
Upon due consideration of the records in the above-docketed cases including recently filed status reports, it appearing that that the parties are not fully prepared to proceed in the case at Docket No. 894-22L and recognizing that orderly resolution of both cases requires the Court to first resolve the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction pending in the case at Docket No. 28075-22, it is
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the cases at Docket Nos. 894-22L and 28075-22 are severed and are no longer consolidated. It is further
ORDERED that the case at Docket No. 894-22L is stricken from the Court's September 23, 2024, Seattle, Washington, trial session, and continued. It is further
ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned over the case at Docket No. 894-22L. It is further
ORDERED that the Court's September 6, 2024, Order setting the motion to dismiss in the case at Docket No. 28075-22 for an evidentiary hearing at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, remains in full force and effect.
