This case is calendared for trial on the Court's Little Rock, Arkansas, trial session commencing on June 12, 2023. On February 16, 2023, petitioner filed a Motion for Summary Judgment pursuant to Rule 121. On March 17, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Strike In Part Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment and Response to Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment. On April 10, 2023, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion to Strike.
