Appellant having moved for the admission pro hac vice of Dennis M. Black, Esq., and Daniel F. Katz, Esq., for purposes of the appeal taken herein from an order of Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on January 8, 2013,

Now, upon reading and filing the affdiavit of W. Bradley Hunt, Esq., sworn to May 21, 2013, the affidavit of Dennis M. Black, Esq., dated May 13, 2013, the affidavit of Daniel F. Katz, Esq., sworn to May 10, 2013, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and Dennis M. Black, Esq., and Daniel F. Katz, Esq., are admitted pro hac vice for purposes of this appeal.
