MEMORANDUM OPINION

On June 17, 2004, Gregory Eugene Spence requested and was granted an extension of time to file his brief until June 24, 2004. No brief was filed. In a letter dated June 30, 2004, the Court informed appellant the time for filing a brief had passed. The Court instructed appellant to file his brief within ten days, accompanied by a proper motion to extend time to file brief. We cautioned appellant that the appeal would be dismissed if appellant failed to respond. To date, appellant has not filed his brief. Therefore, we DISMISS this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.3(b).
