MEMORANDUM OPINION

Gladys Kervbo Onderi was convicted of fraudulent destruction, removal, or concealment of a writing. See Tex. Pen. Code Ann. § 32.47(a), (b)(4) (Vernon 2003). Punishment was assessed at thirty days in jail and a $500 fine. We have adopted a finding that appellant, who is not indigent, no longer desires to prosecute the appeal. Neither a clerk's nor a reporter's record have been filed. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex.R.App.P. 37.3(b).
