On Top of the World v. Elmer J. Krauss

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Second District
Oct 15, 1975
320 So. 2d 32 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1975)

Opinion

No. 74-1416.

October 15, 1975.

Appeal from Circuit Court, Pinellas County; Mark R. McGarry, Jr., Judge.

Fred L. Bryson and Richard H. Malchon, Jr., of Earle, Earle Bryson, St. Petersburg, for appellants.

Howard P. Ross, of Parker, Battaglia, Ross, Parker Stolba, St. Petersburg, for appellee.

Upon review of the briefs and after hearing oral argument in this cause, the points raised on appeal gave us considerable pause. After further review of the record, however, we are persuaded there has been no reversible error demonstrated by the appellant. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

BOARDMAN, A.C.J., and GRIMES and SCHEB, JJ., concur.
