MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Appellants Adam Omran and Miami Exotic Rental Car, Inc. filed an unopposed motion to dismiss their appeal representing the parties have reached a settlement resolving their dispute. The certificate of conference indicates that Appellee is unopposed to the dismissal. No cross appeal has been filed, and no opinion has issued. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(c).

We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1), 43.2(f). We dismiss any pending motions as moot.
