PROTECTIVE ORDER REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY OF PLAINTIFF'S PATIENT RECORDS


The Court hereby GRANTS Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Protective Order Regarding Confidentiality of Plaintiff's Patient Records, This Protective Order shall apply to the documents that consist of Plaintiff's records of his treatment ("Patient Records") by Dr. William E. Spaine, Psy. D., which documents Plaintiff has attached to Plaintiff's Unopposed Motion for Protective Order Regarding Confidentiality of Plaintiff's Patient Records. Under the terms of this Protective Order, the parties to this litigation (1) shall not publicly disclose Plaintiff's Patient Records, (2) shall not disclose Plaintiff's Patient Records to third parties absent Court Order or agreement of Plaintiff, and (3) shall not use Plaintiff's Patient Records and the information contained for any purposes other than use in this litigation.

"Parties" is deemed to include the parties to this litigation and their respective attorneys and disclosed expert witnesses.

All copies of Plaintiff's Patient Records shall be marked with a legend stating, " CONFIDENTIAL PLAINTIFF PATIENT RECORDS SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER."

It is so ORDERED.
