On April 11, 2022, respondent filed a status report, in which respondent requests that the Court extend the time within which the parties are to conduct a supplemental collection due process hearing and to file a status report with the Court. Accordingly, the Court will recharacterize respondent's filing appropriately.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that respondent's status report filed April 11, 2022, is recharacterized as respondent's motion for extension of time. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's motion for extension of time filed April 11, 2022, is granted and the time within which the parties shall conduct a supplemental collection due process hearing is extended to and including June 28, 2022, and the time within which the parties shall file a status report with the Court is extended to and including July 28, 2022.
