Olsten Corporation v. Kessler

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Jun 25, 1999
733 So. 2d 1156 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1999)

Opinion

No. 97-744

Opinion filed June 25, 1999.

An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims, Diane B. Beck, Judge.

Daniel J. DeMay of Brown Clark, P.A., Sarasota, for Appellants.

Kathi B. Halvorsen and Richard A. Lovesky, Sarasota, for Appellee.

We affirm the final order in all respects but write only to point out that the judge of compensation claims neglected to include in the decretal portion thereof that the employer/carrier is entitled to a credit for temporary total disability payments already paid during the periods awarded, although this had been stated in the body of the order.

AFFIRMED.

ERVIN, WEBSTER and BROWNING, JJ., CONCUR.
