These cases are calendared for trial at the Chicago, Illinois, trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on September 9, 2024.

Per the Court's Standing Pretrial Order, served April 9, 2024, the parties were directed to file a Proposed Stipulated Decision, a Pretrial Memorandum, a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution, or a Status Report no later than 21 days before the first day of the trial session. On August 19, 2024, respondent filed a Pretrial Memorandum. To date, a Pretrial Memorandum has not been filed by petitioner.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall comply with the Standing Pretrial Order and file a Pretrial Memorandum on or before August 30, 2024.
