By Order served June 4, 2024, the Court dismissed this case for lack of jurisdiction as to petitioner David L. Olson on the ground that he had not ratified the Petition after being provided an opportunity to do so. On June 26, 2024, the Court received and filed a First Amended Petition bearing Mr. Olson's original signature.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order served June 4, 2024, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that respondent shall have 60 days from the date of service of this Order within which to file an answer to the First Amended Petition.
